Job Responsibilities: 1. Serve as a mid-level management position, responsible for achieving the production department’s key objectives and plans, and for formulating, participating in, or assisting senior management with the implementation of relevant policies and procedures. 2. Oversee daily production operations and manage, mentor, train, and evaluate subordinate staff. 3. Develop annual production plans and operational schedules, and conduct production scheduling, management, and control. 4. Lead the drafting, revision, review, supervision, and enforcement of management systems related to production, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, environmental protection, and production statistics. 5. Establish and implement product timelines, manufacturing methods, and process workflows. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure high production efficiency while meeting specified quantity, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Qualifications: 1. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in mechanical engineering are preferred. 2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing enterprise management; prior experience in managing the production of stainless steel atmospheric vessels and pressure vessels is a plus. 3. Thorough understanding of departmental operations and production processes, strong expertise in production control and on-site management, and mastery of all stages of the manufacturing process. 4. Proficient in production cost control and overall operational coordination; familiar with production workflows and process specifications, as well as quality control and management. 5. Possess excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills.
