2. The exterior features a hopper with a straight section.
3. The inner surface is highly polished, achieving a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm; the outer surface is finished with a mirror polish, brushed finish, or sandblasting, attaining a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
4. The concentricity of the hopper’s inlet and outlet is maintained within 2–4 mm, fully ensuring uniform material discharge.
5. The hopper features a high‑strength structure, with all corners designed with rounded transitions to eliminate dead zones and prevent residue buildup. Its smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect, fully complying with hygiene standards for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
