Stainless steel reaction vessels are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries as pressure vessels for carrying out processes such as sulfonation, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, and condensation. A reaction vessel consists of a vessel body, a vessel head, a jacket, an agitator, a transmission assembly, a shaft sealing device, and supporting structures. Agitation types typically include anchor-type, paddle-type, turbine-type, propeller-type, or frame-type impellers; when the vessel has a relatively large height-to-diameter ratio, multi‑stage impellers may be employed, and configurations can be customized according to user requirements. Additionally, a jacket is installed on the outer wall of the vessel, or heat exchange surfaces are provided inside the vessel.

1. The reactor is constructed from high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel.
2. The inner surface is highly polished, achieving a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm; the outer surface is finished with mirror polishing, brushed finish, 2B finish, or sandblasting, attaining a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
3. The reactor features a high-strength structure, with all corners designed with rounded transitions to eliminate dead zones and prevent residue buildup.
