Product Introduction:
Stainless steel mixing tanks are used for stirring, blending, homogenizing, and other processes, and are suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, and new energy.
Product Structure:
1. The mixing tank consists of a vessel, a lid, an agitator, supports, a drive unit, and a shaft sealing device; it can also be equipped with heating or cooling systems according to process requirements.
2. The vessel body and the head may be joined by flanged sealing or welded connections. Depending on process requirements, the vessel body and head can be equipped with process nozzles for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam stripping, and other functions.
3. The upper part of the agitator tank lid is equipped with a drive assembly consisting of an electric motor and a reducer, which drives the agitator inside the tank via a transmission shaft.
4. The shaft sealing device may be configured as a mechanical seal or a packing gland, among other types, as determined by the user’s requirements.
Product Features:
1. The mixing tank is made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel.
2. The inner surface is highly polished, achieving a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm; the outer surface is finished with mirror polishing, hairline brushing, 2B finish, or sandblasting, attaining a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
3. The mixing tank features a high-strength structure, with all corners designed with rounded transitions to eliminate dead zones and prevent residue buildup.
