For superheated pressure vessels, the temperature change is primarily determined by heat release on the flue-gas side of the superheater and heat absorption on the vessel side. When the flue-gas temperature, flue-gas flow rate, or the velocity of flue gas passing through the superheater changes, the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel will either rise or fall.

  (6) Lower the combustion center, and appropriately reduce both the induced draft and the forced draft, thereby shifting the furnace flame center downward. This reduces the flue gas flow entering the superheater, lowers the flue gas temperature, and consequently decreases the temperature of the superheated steam vessel.

  In winter, prevent sudden temperature drops from freezing outdoor pipes and water meters, which can disrupt normal water service. Users with pipes installed on the north side or in wind‑exposed areas should take extra care. Additionally, galvanized steel pipes are more prone to freezing than PPR pipes, so be sure to insulate them thoroughly.

  For outdoor-installed stainless steel pressure tanks used in towerless water supply systems, you can wrap the water meter with a thick towel or cloth. Alternatively, open a faucet inside your home to allow water to flow straight through the pipes, keeping the water circulating. This helps prevent the water meter and pipes from freezing. If the meter does freeze, wrap it in a warm towel and gently pour lukewarm water (no hotter than 60°C) over it until the ice inside melts and water flows freely. Do not use boiling water or heat the meter directly with an open flame, as this could damage the plastic components inside.
